Motivating Workshops
Workshops allow Paul to share his Adventure Philosophy with smaller audiences of around 100 at a deeper level. They combine practical exercises with discussion and reflection.
Each half and full day format is interactive, peppered with experiential techniques that provoke self enquiry. What do I want? What’s holding me back? Where can I make changes? ‘A-ha’ moments follow.
Paul brings adventure into the boardroom and invites his audience to engage with it. The challenge creates space for self-awareness that drives meaningful change beyond the session. Valuable tools and take-aways for implementation support the process.
The group size and lively nature of workshops give them an intimate atmosphere. Participants feel invited to show up more fully as themselves and leave feeling more connected with each other too.
